It will be very HELPFULL, if you provide a more detailed documentation on how to implement your solution. Please consider that there are not very proffesionall MOSS and PS developers, who would like to get more details on your solution.

As for example:

In couple cases I found a PSI web services are located on different location

How, where and when to display your project initiation forms (not very clear for me) etc.

Thank you for your great work and smart implementation of InfoPath and PSI.

I am also unable to put the coded constants for the infopath form, Can u please let me know how can i find the site id, and other hardcoded constants for the infopath form.
